Entrepreneurial leaders do not have a mindset that adapts to failure. Things go wrong, of course, but entrepreneurs don´t call them "failures" they call them "glitches, mistakes, bungles, setbacks" – but not failing.

When one such entrepreneur was asked about the hardest decision he ever had to make, he answered that he didn´t know what a hard decision was. An entrepreneur will approach decision-making with the idea that there´s a strong likelihood that he/she will be wrong. This doesn´t dissuade them – to the contrary they just do the best they can and worry about handling obstacles as they arise.

Style by Naz is an Image consulting and fashion styling firm. As an Image consultant we help people to reach the ideal personal goal they have for themselves. whether it is to polish their overall look, get a major make over or just to get prepared for an important occasion or perhaps a business meeting. However, Most people who reach out to an image consultant are in need of learning how to dress for their body type and shape while looking put together and polished. As an Image Consultant, this is our job to teach each individual how to achieve their personal goal. In our first meeting with the clients, male or female, which takes place at their homes, we analyze their body shape, height and coloring. Based on this analysis and also their life style we then, teach each individual how to dress for their body and for any occasion, formal or casual. The reason we meet at the clients house is the second hour of our meeting when we go through their closet and audit their existing wardrobe and look for items that are wrong for them, items that could be tailored and fixed and those if any that are good to built a wardrobe around.

The next meeting is our shopping day. We will meet at a store which we pick for the client based on their age, budget and style whether it is conservative or trendy. Most female clients would like to be present for the shopping day and enjoy trying on different outfits and learn how to mix and match as they try the cloths on. For most of our male clients who don't enjoy shopping, or the busy professionals who do not have the time,we do the shopping on our own and take the purchases back to them so they can try it at the comfort of their own homes. If necessary and requested by the client, we might have to set up the third meeting to go back for a session of wardrobe creation and mixing and matching.

Fashion styling is another part of our work at Style by Naz. As a fashion stylist, we work mostly with photographers to dress models or other individuals such as TV and web personalities for photo shoots. Based on the theme of the shoot we then have to pull cloths and accessories to dress each person for their shot. Some photo shoots are for magazines others for promotional purposes.
